We offer free delivery within Kampala for all orders. For locations outside Kampala, we provide delivery at a small fee. You can also choose to pick up your order from our store.

Yes! We always provide a digital proof of your design for approval before we begin production.

Yes. Once an order is confirmed, we provide one sample at no extra cost so you can check the material, colours, design placement and overall quality.

If the sample does not meet the agreed requirements, we can make the necessary adjustments before proceeding with full production.

Sample limit: Up to 3 samples may be produced where genuine adjustments are required to meet the agreed specifications.

We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel) and Pay on Delivery. For bulk orders, we also accept bank transfers.

Yes. Because our products and branding services are custom-made to your requirements, we require a 60% deposit to confirm your order and begin production.

The remaining 40% balance is payable once the order is completed, before collection or delivery.

The deposit allows us to secure the materials, production time and resources required specifically for your order. It also confirms that the order is approved and ready for production.

Production begins once:

• The order details have been confirmed
• The required artwork/design has been approved
• The 60% deposit has been received
• Any required samples have been approved or the agreed specifications have been confirmed

Changes requested after production has started may result in additional costs or adjustments to the delivery timeline, depending on the nature of the change.

We encourage customers to carefully confirm sizes, quantities, colours, materials, artwork and other specifications before production begins.

Because the deposit is used to secure materials and production resources for your specific order, it is generally non-refundable once production or material procurement has begun.

If an order is cancelled before production or material procurement begins, we will review the circumstances and advise accordingly.

The remaining 40% is payable when the order is completed and ready for collection or delivery.

Orders will only be released for collection or delivery once the full balance has been settled.

Our standard policy is 60% before production and 40% upon completion. Credit or alternative payment arrangements may be considered for established corporate clients on an agreed basis.
