How long does embroidery take?
Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days for small orders and 5-10 days for bulk. Rush orders can be completed in 24-48 hours at an additional fee. We share a digital mockup within 24 hours of receiving your order.
What fabrics can be embroidered?
We embroider on cotton, polyester blends, fleece, twill, canvas, denim, and most woven fabrics. Best results come from medium-to-heavy weight fabrics commonly used in uniforms, caps, and jackets. For lightweight fabrics, we recommend our DTF printing service instead.
Do you accept single-piece orders?
Yes. We handle single-piece orders for samples or individual needs. However, bulk orders (10+ pieces) receive better per-unit pricing. If you're testing a design, we recommend starting with one sample piece.
Can you match our brand colors exactly?
Yes. We use a comprehensive thread color library and can match most Pantone, HEX, and RGB values. Send us your brand guidelines or a reference image, and we'll match your colors precisely. Minor variations may occur due to fabric texture, but our standard is very high.
