Let's be honest with you
We're not a tailoring shop. Our main work is printing and branding.
But we take on custom apparel projects because our clients kept asking us for it โ and every time they tried to go to a tailor directly, they came back with a story. The deadlines were missed. The measurements were off. The fabric changed colour halfway. The tailor stopped picking up the phone.
So we built something different. We work with a network of vetted tailors, and we own the final quality on your behalf. When you work with us, you're not chasing tailors โ you're dealing with one accountable partner who has a reputation to protect.
If we can't deliver the quality you deserve, we won't take the job. If we take it, we deliver it.

How it works
You share the vision
Send us references, sketches, photos, or a Pinterest board. Tell us the fabric, occasion, colours, and deadline.
We scope the project
We assess complexity, pick the right tailors from our network, and confirm what's realistic. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you honestly.
We quote you โ per project
Pricing depends on fabric, complexity, quantity, and timeline. You'll get one clear number from us. No hidden costs.
We manage the tailors
We coordinate fabric, measurements, cutting, sewing, and corrections. You don't chase anyone. We check every piece before it leaves.
You receive finished pieces
Quality-checked, on time, and handed to you. If something isn't right, we fix it โ because the quality is on us, not on the tailor.
Why work with us instead of a tailor?
We save you the hassle
No chasing tailors. No back-and-forth. One contact โ us.
We own the quality
The final quality is our responsibility, not yours. We check before delivery.
We have a proven track record
We've been doing this long enough to know which tailors can deliver.
We enforce deadlines
We hold the tailors to your deadline โ because our reputation depends on it.
We fix what's wrong
If a piece isn't right, we make it right. That's the difference between us and going direct.
We've seen every problem
Colour bleeding, mis-measurement, wrong fabric, tight seams โ we prevent them before they reach you.
What we take on
Wedding parties & bridal parties
Corporate uniforms & staff wear
Event costumes & stage outfits
Music & performance wear
School uniforms & house wear
Matching family outfits
Traditional & cultural wear
One-off special pieces
We accept projects selectively. If we can't deliver the quality you deserve, we'll tell you upfront.
How pricing works
Every custom apparel project is different. A wedding party of 12 matching suits is not the same as a stage costume for one performer, or 200 school uniforms.
That's why we quote per project. Your quote depends on:
Fabric type
Locally sourced, imported, or client-supplied
Design complexity
Simple cuts vs layered detailing
Quantity
1 piece vs 20 matching pieces
Timeline
Standard (2โ3 weeks) vs rush (extra cost)
Finishing details
Lining, embroidery, print, or embellishments
Number of tailors
Complex pieces may need more than one specialist
You'll receive a single clear quote from us. No surprise charges, no last-minute "additional fabric" costs.

Open the deep dive
How we vet our tailors
We've built our partner network over years โ not by picking the cheapest tailors, but the most reliable. Every tailor we work with has been tested across multiple projects. We look for:
- Consistency โ the same quality on piece 1 and piece 200
- Communication โ they respond, and they flag problems early
- Deadline discipline โ they respect the promise date
- Finishing quality โ seams, linings, hemming, buttons
- Specialty clarity โ each tailor has strengths; we assign accordingly
How we control quality
Before any piece reaches you, we run it through a quality check:
- Measurements vs spec โ every key dimension rechecked
- Colour match โ against the confirmed fabric or reference
- Seam strength โ stress-test on stress-point seams
- Finishing details โ buttons, zips, linings, tags, fold
- Consistency across the batch โ every piece matches the others
If something fails our check, it goes back. We don't ship compromised pieces โ because the quality is on us, not the tailor.
What goes wrong and how we prevent it
| Common Problem | How We Prevent It |
|---|---|
| Missed deadline | We build buffer time into the schedule |
| Wrong fabric shade | We approve fabric swatches before cutting |
| Inconsistent sizing across batch | Tailor assigned per size range, not per piece |
| Poor finishing | We do final inspection on every piece |
| Tailor unavailable mid-project | Backup tailors ready for every project |
| Colour bleeding after wash | We pre-wash test on every new fabric |
What we don't do
- We don't cut, sew, or stitch the garments ourselves โ our partner tailors do.
- We don't mass-produce at factory scale.
- We don't do single-alteration jobs (hem, zip, patch) โ we'll refer you instead.
- We don't take on every project โ only ones we can deliver well.
How to brief us well
The better your brief, the better your result. Send us:
- Reference images โ Pinterest, photos, sketches
- Fabric preference โ or ask us to recommend
- Measurements โ or come in for a fitting
- Occasion & date โ so we plan the timeline
- Quantity per size โ if a group order
- Your budget range โ helps us advise honestly
Wash & care
Every piece comes with specific care instructions. Generally:
- Follow fabric-specific washing instructions
- Wash like colours together
- Avoid tumble drying heavy fabrics โ hang dry
- Iron at appropriate temperature for the fabric
